Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role based in Wolverhampton, working across a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, MOD bases, colleges, universities, and leisure centres. They have been in business for over 30 years and work across a variety of sectors, including: Commercial, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail. The Role: Commercial management of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account Preparing, reviewing, and managing project budgets and cost plans Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Valuations, variations, and final accounts administration Ensuring projects remain within budget while maintaining quality and programme targets Liaising with project teams, clients, and senior management on commercial matters The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial projects Strong sector experience in education, healthcare, MOD, or leisure is advantageous Experience within Tier 1 or well-established main contractors is desirable Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package Salary £70,000 - £80,000 per annum Car allowance Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Competitive benefits package 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Car leasing scheme via salary sacrifice Death in Service (4x salary) Cycle to Work scheme Healthcare Cash Plan Pension (3% Employee / 5% Employer) How to apply: Please submit your CV and a member of our team will respond to you.
